Luis and his team were amazing from start to finish! Luis came by multiple times a day to check on the team and was always available and responsive to texts or phone calls. He always put me first as his customer and did everything to ensure work was done to my satisfaction. He was also thorough in correcting any possible issues without me having to point out or request fixes or changes. He was also always upfront and honest in what was being discussed or issues and flaws that he found and how they were being remedied, asking for my personal preference in every situation. I just moved into a new house and wanted to remove carpeting in the bedrooms and family room as well as tile in the entry way and hardwoods in the dining room. Luis Bonilla came over gave me quote and even helped me find the best deal for laminate. His crews are professional and hard working. So mid job I also asked him to retile my fireplace surround. With Covid Luis picked up the tile for me as well. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them as well. Don’t go to anyone else for your flooring needs.
